Review RPC configuration default values

Rationale

Some of the RPC configuration default values were set to values that make sense to the development environment but don't make sense to the production environment, for example, the RPC port was set to 8123 instead of 8545.

Implementation

Review all the RPC configuration default values and change the ones that need to be aligned with a production environment reality.
Also, fix the development environment to deal with these new default values.
