MKV Content cannot be played 800288E1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on UMS
2. Select MKV file
3. This Content cannot be played 800288E1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
File opens and plays.
This Content cannot be played 800288E1

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
UMS 5.1.4Java6  Mac OS 10.7.5

Please provide any additional information below.
PS3 plays the MKV files but UMS does not.  The Thumbnails are black.  Both 
Subtitled and non subtitles have the problem.
