[Created New Issue]: Returning bill amount change calculator

Calculator Functions

The user will input the Total Bill amount and the total money recieved.
The calculator will give output of total amount required to be returned in terms of 2000,500,100,50,10,5,1 rupees.

It will simplify the process and reduce the chance of any man made error.
