Install boost automatically with cmake Fetch Content #5

Currently, the CMakeLists.txt relies on a system boost installation, while it's possible to get the repo through cmake Fetch Content.

This can be solved once Issue#7 is solved.

Apparently Boost CMake support is experimental. This could explain why I was not able to include it, and in this new 1.82 version they solved some cmake issues, so maybe will worth it to check v1.82
