这个不是组件处理的，我可以告诉你有两种解决方法

第一种：
使用 <iframe/> 加载页面主体内容，播放器在 <iframe/> 外面，参考网易云 https://music.163.com

第二种：
页面切换前存储当前播放时间，页面切换后加载之前存储的播放时间
