Issue with $SSH_DIR #12

Hi Andy,
For some reason, in:

redcap-docker-compose/rdc/override-web/startup-scripts/20-subrepo_init.sh

Line 24 in dbe3b44

echo $GIT_SSH_KEY_BASE64 | base64 -d > $SSH_DIR/id_rsa

$SSH_DIR is /var/www/.ssh which is not used by ssh

I've removed most of the ssh stuff from this as it added unnecessary complications...
