conflict with RemoteGPIO package

RemoteGPIO was recently released to add relays and digital inputs to GX devices. It modifies
/etc/udev/rules.d/serial-starter.rules
as does this package.

I think it may be possible for both packages to move your udev rules additions to a separate rules file so you don't need to modify the existing file.
