sudo apt install npm
npm cache clean
npm upgrade
npm search dockerlint
sudo npm install -g dockerlint
dockerlint indigo_installed/Dockerfile
/usr/bin/env: ‘node’: No such file or directory

$ apt-cache policy npm
npm:
  Installed: 3.5.2-0ubuntu4
  Candidate: 3.5.2-0ubuntu4

Solved by https://stackoverflow.com/a/30281097/577001

sudo ln -s "$(which nodejs)" /usr/local/bin/node
