I found a strange bug where the char page will not load if you are just wearing class armour only or unequipped cape. Wearing a cosmetic armour and equipping a cape easily fixes this problem. It will also still load if a cape is equipped + hide cloak in options.

It won't load when:-
Class armour + equipped cape
Class armour + unequipped cape
Cosmetic armour + unequipped cape
