UI unresponsive after resuming Windows #16

If Windows has gone in to sleep or hibernate mode (I don't know which), the Canvas UI is completely unresponsive after resume.

@bencrundwell reported that the problem disappears if the page is refreshed.

Consider listening for click or touch events and, if no objects on the UI have changed, there's probably something wrong so a refresh should be triggered.

Experienced on the Lenovo touchscreen in the Lounge.

Browser: Firefox (version unknown)
OS: Windows 7

Canvas is unmaintained so I'm closing this issue.
