Create a basic GitHub widget to default to on the homepage

For consideration as the default filler for the section of the homepage below the banner, to the right of the text that begins "delivery is the strategy".

For when we don't have anything else we want to highlight there.

Lots, very easily I believe. I can make a cleaned up version though someone else would need to style it.
