Is there any timeframe for supporting opportunities with a notice_type other than COMBINE, PRESOL or MOD? I saw #21, but it doesn't mention any of the other types that we make us of, as well (like Special Notice, Fair Opportunity / Limited Sources Justification, and Sources Sought).

We'd love to use the API to dynamically generate a list of our opportunities on our website, but it seems like we should list everything that the default search on FBO.gov will return, or it's not worth it.

Thanks!

Hi, Scott! I see your point about including every opportunity put out by an agency. And, assuming you're talking about CFPB, it looks like over 50% of their recent opportunities were something other than COMBINE/PRESOL/MOD.

Adding other notice types is not currently on our timeline, but I wouldn't rule it out. Pull requests to add them would be most welcome. A quick glance at the other types suggests it wouldn't be too heavy a lift, just looking for fields unique to these types and deciding whether they need special mappings, and perhaps adding a filter for some sets of types. I think we would want to preserve the current behavior as far as what types are returned by default, but I'd be open to suggestions as to what that filtering/default should look like.

Thanks for response, Alison! I discussed it with my teammates after scrum today, and we probably won't be able to devote any time to adding support for the other notice types ourselves, but if that changes, I'll certainly give it a shot.

Keep up the great work!
