improve nested list spacing

Have been meaning to go in and fix this but haven't gotten around to it, so making this issue as a placeholder before I forget. There seems to be a vertical spacing issue for <ul>s (and maybe <ol>s) nested within <li>s:

I would expect CanCan to have as much space above it as there is between that line and Pundit. Thanks!
