Sidebar section ordering is inconsistent #61

(I think this is the right repo to report this issue, but apologies if it is not.)

I noticed while reading the Before you ship guide that the ordering of the sidebar sections differs from page to page:

On the "Controls" page, the "ATOs" section is after "Security":

On the "Types" page, the "ATOs" section is before "Security":
