Base URI is incorrect on OpenFEC API (Beta) Documentation page #522

Page URL: https://api.open.fec.gov/developers

First it says (correctly), "Base URL: https://api.open.fec.gov/v1"

But right below that it says:

"Base URI https://api.open.fec.gov/v2/"

I couldn't locate this second text anywhere in the repo; looks like it's being loaded dynamically. Just wanted to give a heads-up!
