Note: Targeting feature/codecov.

  • Move openfecwebapp/tests to tests to avoid coverage overlap.
  • Add coverage options to setup.cfg.
  • Ignore build artifacts in setup.cfg.

@arowla this still doesn't solve the issue of getting coverage numbers from Selenium tests, but it's a start. Will look at that post-code-freeze.

* Move `openfecwebapp/tests` to `tests` to avoid coverage overlap.
* Add coverage options to `setup.cfg`.
* Ignore build artifacts in `setup.cfg`.
