Line Item 37 states: "Conforms to NIST LOA3 as defined in NIST 800-63-2."

Our question: ID Verification can only achieve LOA1. Is GSA looking for a solution that does something more than ID Verification?

A corrected version of SLA requirements has been uploaded. Sheet 3 was included in error.
