The Touchpoints modal is not currently accessible because focus does not switch to the modal when you open it. The Feedback Analytics team is addressing this.

In the meantime, let's open the form in its own page on the Touchpoints website at: https://touchpoints.app.cloud.gov/touchpoints/d028f982/submit

Definition of Done:

  • Clicking on the Provide feedback button takes you to the form in a new tab
