This repository contains documentation describing the Office of Government-wide Policy’s (OGP) Performance.gov Foundation Engagement and Discovery. This is where the project team can keep track of project vision, goals, timeline, the decision framework and learnings as we work. We want this to be the one-stop-shop where project participants - and anyone else who is interested in this project - can access important project information.

One analyst admonishes public managers: "Always remember that the intent of performance measures is to provide reliable and valid information on performance" (Theurer 1998,24).
