add ability to make shares and privates different sizes (and different page sizes when individual)

I find bigger privates makes it easier to read, but then I have to stash one config for them, and another for shares/trains/order cards. It would be nice if a separate size for private cards could be handled so it doesn't have to be done by fiddling with config files and keeping notes of what works for each when using the UI.

It's possible trains and order cards might want to be separate sizes, too, but I think that need happens far less often.
