操作系统：Linux Mint 17.3 64-bit
浏览器：Firefox 45.0

具体显示效果如下

大致看了下，问题出在 app/assets/stylesheets/mixins/_sticky-footer.css.scss 文件下 #main { overflow: auto; } 上

去掉 overflow 效果如下
