Add ability to Sort and Filter list

As a user it would be great to be able to sort and filter the list based on different properties.

Sorting

• By creation date

Filtering

• By installed application
• By creation date

@lkngtn Is it possible for you to maybe split this issue out in to a different issue for sorting/filtering based on activity (and related metrics such as # unique addresses), since we're going to introduce that later (per #16)?

Also, for # DAI held in vaults, this should probably also be a separate issue.

Yes, that makes sense. Will make this issue just for sort and filter, and then create seperate issues for the specific data points we would need to support the other pivot points.
