1. The community already has its own ERC20 token (TKN) and decides to use it in Gardens.
2. The user (Gardens DAO creator) follows a series of steps where he configures the parameters of his Garden. At the end, the system asks the user to sign the transactions — an internal wrapped and non-transferable version of the token (gTKN) is created, and a HNY / TKN pair with some initial liquidity added to Honeyswap); a new Garden is formed.
