With the new changes introduced to Gardens, we will have two kinds of FundsManagers. The usual Aragon Vault/Agent and a new way to manage funds on Gardens using a Gnosis Safe.

Given this new behavior, we have to update the Onboarding to include the selection of a Gnosis Safe as a Garden FundsManager.
