视频里的style-loader配置法有点问题，发现有报错，查了style-loader的github，发现options配置变了
{ test: /\.css$/, use: [{ loader: 'style-loader', options: { insert: 'head' } }, 'css-loader'] },
改成这样写就不报错了~
