Hi!

I had been looking through "State Manager" and selected "All lights off." I have been unable to change this setting. I looked at a few other threads in hopes of figuring it out, and I had read to type "All lights on" and click the "Activate" button. However, upon doing this, I was faced with a pop-up saying that my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition headset is in an undefined state. I don't know how to define my headset/device, as was prompted on the pop-up screen. Any tips or advice to help fix this?

The main goal of "State Manager" is to load previously created user defined device states, either on certain system events or manually by the user.

A step by step instruction as an example:
You have a Razer mouse and a Razer keyboard connected.

  1. Start Razer macOS
  2. Set a state for each of your connected devices. You can do this by using the Razer macOS icon in the top right. As an example, set the color for your keyboard and mouse to static green. It's important here, that you do this for every connected device.
  3. Open the "State Manager"
  4. You should see a dropdown with "Select..."
  5. Click in that dropdown and start typing "My green test state" and hit enter. Your freshly created state should be in the list now and can be used in the tab "Settings" as well.

You are free to create as many states as you like. Just remember to set the state for each device first and give this a name afterwards in the "State Manager".

Hope this helps!

@dhobi , thank you for your reply!

Tested it just how you instructed and the device states were able to be saved and loaded.

I appreciate your help! 🥇 :)
