identify the fonts!

it'd be great if instead of using a map of character images, we could find the original font files used. that way we can apply loseless rotation and create even more precise replicas. they couldn't have been more recent than 2004. there is a chance that some were manually drawn, but it seems unlikely.

I've had some success in the past identifying at least one of the fonts used with this website as a helper:
https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/

Someone with the time & desire could manually group letters of the individual fonts, rotate them upright, and go through the process of uploading to What The Font & selecting close matches.

I tried that with a few other font websites and didn't have a lot of luck, but maybe someone else can do a better job :P. Since this was around ~2003, I wonder if it could've been from a CD or something.
