As a user, when I’m editing in the textarea of a description or capture template, and I’m on a mobile phone, I want to be able to scroll #72

This works in regular textareas with „press hard, and move the finger on the keyboard to position the cursor”.

It also works for the visible part of the textarea, but you can’t scroll into the overflowing part. Sometimes, it does work, though.

This has been fixed (twice) for iOS in the last years. The issue is obsolete.
