I installed this plugin, followed the instructions and created a custom DoxyDoxygen_contribu_xxx directory to contain my custom DocStyle.py file. That all worked very well. However, this morning Package Control updated the DoxyDoxygen plugin and in doing so erased the contents of my custom DoxyDoxygen_contribu_xxx directory. The only file remaining in the directory is an empty file called "package-control.cleanup".

I have added this line in procedure

  • If installed from Packages Control, remove its added file package-metadata.json

If exist, Packages Control consider the directory has it own
On upgrade, I detect that the plugin must no longer installed (as never installed in fact), and remove it.
