Done with #3 .

I shall open a new PR with a new branch, in case we want to add things at different subjects.

@cjsoft 开吧。。总之就是整理下Templates

个人感觉是最好每块都分出不同实现方法以及写在READEME.md里的说明

比如像gcd这样？https://github.com/24OI/Standard_Code_Library/tree/master/c%2B%2B/Math/gcd

@cjsoft 用test.cpp来检查代码格式。。。然后就是建议把Merge之后的fetch过去一下。。。 #3 改动比较大。。。
