- Users can access the needbased trainings, by sending the request to the reporting manager or administrator for the approval or rejection.
- The users can access the needbased training, if the request is approved.
To access need based training:
* Click Dashboard > Need Based Training.* Click Request. A pop-up screen appears to the need based training request.
