what's the "test_loss <= cur_test_loss" meaning #2

if test_loss <= cur_test_loss:
self.save_session(epoch) # save model for each epoch
cur_test_loss = test_loss

It only keeps 4 or 5 models.

if I retraining the model, it continues to run from epoch 4 or epoch 5
