The usage instructions are gone since the port to twisted.

Fixed by 9eb40e9.

Maybe a more obvious command would be useful though, e.g. !help. Or the bot could maybe react to direct queries, e.g. IssueBot: help, IssueBot, help, IssueBot help.

Direct queries could be nice tho, so keeping this open.
