we the brickmasons wish to create more dynamic maps if possible could we input either premade MCR file with hand made stone or voxel map with the complete bypassing all first stage world gen also if possible to have the same system for the cave gen and 3d biome map but I know of limits when making 3d biome maps

This is not super clear, could you give me more informations/pictures of what you actually want ?
This is what I understood but correct me if I'm wrong :
You want to be able to put images and then generate an "virgin" world which contains only the stone part of the world (heights, caves, etc..)

heck sorry i was busy

you're able to take in 2D hight map in your mod I'm talking about taking in a 3d voxel map and injecting at latter stage of map generation after hill and mountains are made but before the grass and dirt, trees and biome are added.

so our team could make sky island or deep caves or nether like terrain that simple height map cant make

one example I was saying about the stone world was to use the edited stone world as the input to finish the map using the map generators
