So would this just be in the form:
!owo issue Title of the issue and then it creates one with the corresponding labels? (same with feature-request or something)

Or do we want the ability to allow people to add descriptions via the bot too?

we can have it be multi-stage:

• Is this a feature, bug or question. Assign labels based on that if we can
• Title
• Body

nah we'll allow it to be from anywhere. Its up to them then where they clutter up
