Missing sourcedialog plugin

Hello

It should be great to use another branch of ckeditor since dev-full/stable do not include common plugins (e.g. sourcedialog). And why not using bower assets ?

@klevron we did use bower and we couldn't get the proper link to dev-full of ckeditor which has all features, including the upload modal.
