It's seem that we cannot using a library with a dir path pointed to outside of the project

We use the paths to build from the command line for testing the packages as we work on them. IT seems like IntelliJ doesn't like that, you can change the dependency to the latest package on pub (flare_flutter: ^1.3.1) or try to open the entire project from a folder higher up in the hierarchy.
