读写json文件存在严重性能问题 #1747

当订阅中条数很多时（4000+），写入本地guiNConfig.json就会占用大量io资源，最终生成一个5MB不到的文件需要花费数分钟之久，包括排序删除列表都会耗费大量时间，有任务管理器截图为证

建议现在内存中先处理完了，再一次性整批写入，不要操作一条，写入一条，就算最快的ssd也经不起这样折腾

🤣测试攻城狮进酒吧了（实际使用时几乎不会用到数千条节点吧

用sqlite来管理的话的话会变得简单
