希望在更新订阅列表时，在更新出错时，能同时显示是哪条列表出错了 #2124

现在更新列表出错时，只显示一个更新错误，没有其他信息，当订阅列表很多时，一起更新，如果其中有出错的，不知道是哪条出错了，希望错误信息能加上具体是哪条列表出错了，方便排错。
