修了说明的部分

对于tab部分：

尝试将tab通过ScrollViewer包裹，需要左右滚动有点难受
自动调整宽度，会更改Header的布局或字体大小，感觉不好看
尝试将超出部分折叠为一个菜单，或者自动调整option页的宽度，技术力不够xd
