在最近两个版本当中，当选择按测试结果排序和对服务器列表进行操作的时候应用会假死，使用资源监视器查看发现硬盘使用高，但是硬盘响应延迟低。在假死一次后恢复快响应速度,但是在服务器列表增加新的服务器之后会继续假死。

改进程序响应速度，至少不要在第一次使用时卡死，同时在一键测速和测延迟结束的时候通过弹窗进行提示。

测速已经有提示，延迟不好加，因为是并发的，暂时这样

我知道在应用内已经有提示了，但是这个提示不会拉取windows任务栏的黄色闪烁，我想要那个提示
