not able to focus and sendKeys(), click() not working using winium desktop java in 2012 R2

I am trying to automate a desktop application in Windows 2012 R2, every time when I run it, the application launches but is never in focus and it inspects some other element and overwrites. I am using driver.switch(), but that also seems not working everytime.
And not able to click on the desired element

After launching AUT just try clicking title bar of the app and proceed your validation to get your driver focused. Try and let me know
