Export when DocumentationExportSchema: "Project File + Object File + Procedure File"

Whe the export schema set to "Project File + Object File + Procedure File", then an error comes if only one documentation comment is missing over a procedure:

When I create the documentation comment for the next procedure, it moves forward:

...but if I miss an XML Documentation, or I do not want to create for the given procedure, it fails to create the others too.
Consider to skip these undocumented procedures.

On the other hand, when setting is "Project File + Object File" then it creates the procedure even if there are no XML documentation for it.
