Issue Description

In the monitor, the suffix monitor and replication monitor incorrectly share the same state object. So if you goto the replication monitor first, and then goto the suffix monitor it think the suffix monitor information was already loaded (which is was not), and the browser crashes. I have a fix for this.

Then the replication monitor conflict entry resolution modal was not updated for PF4 - so it's completely broken and ugly. I started working on this, but we might need a new approach over using a "wide" modal...
