Description of problem:
while importing CA cert from DS console with the same name as existing cert
lead to blank console screens.

Steps::

I was trying to import CA cert from DS console and got these blank console
screens, which was not allowing me to type anything and at
last got an error.

Later came to know that
"If an existing certificate has the same name as the new certificate you are
attempting to install, you cannot use the Directory Server Console to install
the certificate. It fails with the error Internal error: Fail to install
certificate -8169. "

But even if this is the case should we get first two screens as blank after
importing the cert, Is it as expected?

The security CGI is actually crashing when this problem occurs:
