I, as @noctuid, use arch, and I think the arch community would benefit if an AUR package for klfc was available.

I don't use arch myself, but I have created an AUR package at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/klfc/. (I tested it in a VM.)
It is also worth mentioning that arch uses dynamic linking by default, so cabal install --enable-executable-dynamic should be executed instead of cabal install.
