What is the bug? (in English)

Since Lizmap 3.7.*, if the map changes the web URL is updated. If we refresh the web page the map automatically zoom to the previous location and the same layers are displayed. That's really useful (Great job by the way).

But I've noticed that if we use the filter tool and just after that we refresh the page the URL has not been updated. It still shows the previous location.

Suggestion as well. Do you think that it could be interesting to store (web storage ?) the last user location. When the user goes to the project a notification could be displayed that allows him to go to the previous location.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1- In QGIS plugin add an option to filer a layer
2- Go to LWC and filter the layer
3- Reload the page
