Is there any setting for the encoding (utf8, unicode) when exporting the attribute tables as csv? I'm working with french data, so a lot of accents...

As far as know, the attribute table should be exported as utf8.

Mmh.. it works for xlsx exports, all accents are correct. But it's not doing it for csv.
The database is in UTF8, so no problem on that side.

Which version of the plugin and QGIS Server are you using?
I just tried, it's working for me with a simple dataset with accents when exporting to CSV. Check how you open your file with LibreOffice too.

QGIS Server: openquake/qgis-server:3.8.3
Plugin: version=1.2.2

When I use another format (xlsx or ods), encoding in UTF-8 is working correctly.
I just found out that when exporting as csv, opening in Notepad++ or other, the encoding is correct as well. When doing "Convert to UTF-8" and then reopen it in Excel, the encoding is correct too.
So just when exporting as csv and directly open in Excel, the encoding is not correct.
