I'm not sure why you would need kitty to be installed for this to work? All that's needed is that nvim is running within a kitty terminal. It could potentially be running over ssh on a machine that doesnt have kitty installed. I'm not sure how this plugin is implemented but if it needs the icat kitten, then the actual requirement is the kitten binary not the kitty binary. Note that kitten is statically compiled and available in many more places than kitty. |

when the kitty terminal version is up to date and if inside of a tmux session also only load it when tmux is >=3.3a
