Currently when deploying keycloak for Kuadrant overlay the deployed Keycloak has "Require SSL" set to "External requests". This is fine for running tests in Kind, but when run on Openshift this setting will cause errors in running Kuadrant testsuite.

Current workaround is to manually create a Route to keycloak service, log in via GUI and set the "Require SSL" to None.
